Data products in food production

Aim of EVAREST project is the generation and utilization of data products in the food industry through Smart Services. The basis should be an open, technical data platform, which is designed beyond company borders, as well as accompanying developed economic and legal usage concepts. The (legally) secure utilization of data as an economic good and the provision of user-specific Smart Services for various stakeholder groups will also be investigated.
