Energy-efficient coating system DRIACOATER DRC for the production of high-quality dragees for the confectionery industry. The DRC series coaters for the production of high-quality sugar dragees set standards, especially in terms of energy efficiency. The special air flow through the perforated coating drum guarantees that 100% of the treated process air is used to dry the dragees in the sugar coating process. Measurements have shown that this technology can save around 33% of the energy required for the process, consisting of cooling, heating and electrical energy. The use of the DRC coater therefore makes a significant contribution to protecting the environment.
