Longitudinal Cutting Machine and Fanning System can be equipped with custom-cutters as required. Mechanical adjustments enable flexible adaptation to various product sizes, and switching product shapes is quick and easy by changing the blades. Custom ultrasonic or coating blades can also be provided based on product characteristics, and cooling tunnels can be equipped, comprehensively meeting the needs of different production scenarios.

The automatic arrangement and pillow packaging system offers two core solutions: the guiding/diversion type arrangement is suitable for quickly aligning disorganized, discrete materials, while the sinking/drop type arrangement handles neatly aligned, regular materials with precision. The number of packaging heads can be precisely designed based on production volume, product specifications, softness/hardness, stickiness, and wrapping film material to ensure efficient and stable production.
