Set-up and dismatling times for ProSweets Cologne - Special Edition

Set-up times

The stand will be set up by Koelnmesse GmbH. Stands are handed over 24 hours before the opening of the event. Stands can be set up by exhibitors from 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, 22.04.2023.
Set-up end: Saturday, 22 April 2023, 8:00 p.m.
Setting up and stocking of the stands should be completed by 8:00 p.m. on 22 April 2023 at the latest.

Dismantling times

The products must be removed from the stand at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 25.04.2023. The stands - in particular cabinets and booths - must be emptied immediately after the end of the fair. Any other agreements regarding the clearing of the stands must be agreed in writing.
However, the stands may not be completely or partially cleared or exhibits packed BEFORE the end of the trade fair at 6:00 p.m.
