Important information for ProSweets Cologne exhibitors

Book up to 5 rooms in selected partner hotels directly and conveniently online in our hotel booking system .

During your stay in Cologne outside the ProSweets Cologne please find a map of Cologne and several proposals for restaurants, bars, sights etc on our page trade fair city of Cologne.

Please conduct any possible demonstrations in such a way that your neighbors are not subjected to any acoustic disturbance. Please check also point 5.13 of our Technical Guidelines (.pdf) for detailed information.

The exhibitor is responsible for the proper and environmentally compatible disposal of waste generated during the construction, operation and dismantling of its stand. The exhibitors have an obligation to return their stand areas in a clean condition following the end of the event. Waste-disposal services can be ordered in the Service Shop . Any waste not disposed of will be charged to the exhibitors after the fact.

Use the service included in the marketing package to publish company-relevant information free of charge in the Online Press Compartment . Content is published 6 weeks prior to the event, can continuously be updated and allows for worldwide access for up to 12 weeks after the trade fair.

Provide customers and business partners a high-impact notification of your trade fair participation. Inform your contacts in advance with the aid of promotional materials available for order in our Media Shop . In addition to promotional materials online and in print, you can also book a logo in the Exhibitor search function or a banner in the ProSweets Cologne app.

Our service provider NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH is commissioned with production, editing, design and the placement of advertising in the Visitor Guide. This firm will contact you via newsletter with information about the Media Shop. NEUREUTER will also send you access data for the Media Shop via newsletter.

The distribution of brochures, stickers and flyers, etc., beyond your trade fair stand is not permitted anywhere throughout the trade fair grounds (for example in or in front of the hall, in car parks, in the entrance areas, etc.).

IMPORTANT

In order to ensure a smooth build up, please make your orders for suspension points, electricity, compressed air, water, etc. until the 20.04.2023 in the service shop. This increases the predictability and improves the control capabilities of the affected service providers before they are build up for the ProSweets Cologne.

Please pay attention to our Traffic Guidelines and the Traffic Guidance Plan, which you can find on our homepage from November. Here you will find important information on assembly and dismantling, directions, closures and changed traffic routing around the exhibition grounds as well as contacts for freight forwarders. Please also inform your transport and stand construction companies.

Parking spaces can be booked in the Service Shop . No storage spaces can be booked in the Special Edition exhibition area.

The maximum overall height of stand structures and inclusive advertising may not exceed 4.50 meters. In individual cases, depending on constructional and technical issues, a stand height going beyond 4.50 meters can be agreed upon request by Koelnmesse. In this case please send all plans 6 weeks before the show for approval to acceptance@koelnmesse.de . Structures on the boundaries of neighboring exhibitors may not have advertising/promotional material above 2.50 meters. Please also note the Technical Guidelines (.pdf) .

The transport of vehicles, machines etc. over 3.000 kg or 20 kN per m² in the exhibition halls is only permitted after prior notification of the exhibition facilities – technical issues department.

You have received the codes for your stand personnel and your stand constructor or your assembly and dismantling personnel, to which you are entitled free of charge on the basis of your stand size, from us by e-mail.

Additional passes for your stand personnel are subject to a charge (75,- EUR/piece) and can be reordered here.

The exhibitor ticket entitles the holder to admission to ProSweets Cologne and ISM and is also valid as a ticket for buses and trains in the extended network of the Rhine-Sieg Transport Authority (VRS). This does not apply to trains of Deutsche Bahn AG that are subject to surcharges, such as IC/EC or ICE.

Please check if you have informed us on the co-exhibitors on your stand according to form 1.20 (.pdf) and form 1.30 (.pdf) . These companies must be registered in preparation of the event. Only then do the visitors at the fair have the opportunity to find all represented companies, either through the information provided by the information terminals, or via the “Exhibitor Search“ on the internet. Thus, you will provide an additional communicative link between the potential buyers and yourself as an exhibitor.

We kindly request that you check whether your invoices have already been settled, as punctual payment of the stand rental fee is a prerequisite for accessing your stand.
