For the first time, ISM is presenting the ISM Start-up Pitches Award 2026 - a stage for the most exciting food and FMCG ideas of the future.

A top-class jury will accompany the pitches, evaluate the concepts and give the founders valuable tips for their future path.

Robert Kronekker - food entrepreneur, investor and experienced start-up mentor - will lead the competition. Kronekker not only brings in-depth expertise as a fitness specialist, nutritionist and category management specialist, but also real start-up DNA: in 2013, he founded the successful start-up Hafervoll, which conquered the market with its natural oat bars. Following the successful sale in 2019, he now dedicates himself to the next generation of founders as an angel investor, consultant and lecturer. His focus areas: Product development, financing and sustainable growth.
