The international confectionery trade association SWEETS GLOBAL NETWORK e. V. (SG) invites you to guided tours of the trade fair at ProSweets Cologne. Selected exhibitors at ProSweets Cologne will report on their exciting innovations and how they are tackling the issue of sustainability.  

At the Special Show Special Show Ingredients "Collaboration x InGREENients" we will take you on a journey to sustainable and extraordinary ingredients from all over the world. For example, what does a nougat cream made from apricot seeds, blue honey with seaweed or mushroom bacon taste like? You can try these and much more at the special area.
