However, the transformation to a more decentralized energy system geared to climate protection poses unprecedented technical, organizational, and economic challenges for companies in many places. The situation is complicated by the current geopolitical situation, which takes its toll from all actors. 

To improve energy sovereignty, effective and sometimes very complex technological and investment decisions must now be taken in the long term.
