The event

In the scope of the future congress #CONNECT2030, we are placing the focus worldwide on the future of the sweets and snacks industry and providing an overview of what is going to be possible in 2030.

Hon. Prof. Dr. Sascha Peters and Diana Drewes from the Berlin-based Future Agency for Material & Technology, Haute Innovation, will in their lecture „Future Sweets“ - What and how will we eat in 2030?“ talk about sustainable solutions for sweets with high nutritional values, recyclable packaging and future raw materials.

In the subsequent panel discussion we will discuss with our experts from the food industry themes such as: Saving resources, CO² reduction, zero food waste and the impact of the climate change on the availability of raw materials.

Suppliers, manufacturers and the trade: #CONNECT2030 brings all of them together in a unique setting. Where is the journey headed? What developments await us?
