Head straight to the trade fair with an online parking pass
Get to your destination faster with an online parking pass: Simply enter your license plate details when you buy your pass, then drive right on in – without having to stop at a ticket machine. Alternatively, you can use the QR code on your pass. Enjoy hassle-free parking – no cash, no tedious waiting in line.
Click on “Buy ticket” or “Redeem ticket code” below and follow the instructions.
A personal Koelnmesse account is required to participate in the trade fair so that we can ensure a high level of trade visitor quality and offer an optimal digital trade fair experience. You can also use this account later to register in the trade fair app.
The Koelnmesse account is also required for trade visitor authorisation. As a visitor the previous event, you will be automatically legitimised. Otherwise, we ask you to upload a meaningful document (business card, extract from the commercial register, etc.) during registration, which we will check within a maximum of 48 hours. You can continue the purchase or redemption process upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
How to get your ticket:
Ticket in the app
In the trade fair app, you can conveniently access the ticket and your public transport ticket in the ticket wallet there. Simply log in to the app with the Koelnmesse account you used to purchase your ticket.
The app also allows you to plan your visit to the trade fair efficiently. Here you will find the hall plan and navigation, exhibitor and product lists, the event programme and can network with other trade fair participants.
Ticket by download
You will also receive your ticket as a PDF file in the order confirmation. You can also download the ticket to the wallet of your mobile device via a link in the e-mail.
The ticket for public transport will be sent to you in a separate e-mail. You can also call up your ticket and travelcard at any time under ‘My orders’ in the Ticket Shop.
Would you like to do without the advantages of the Koelnmesse account and the app? Then you can alternatively purchase a ticket on site or redeem a ticket code.

The ProSweets Cologne is a trade fair. Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to conduct suitable trade visitor inspections on site. The trade character of ProSweets Cologne 2023 - Special Edition is fundamental to the success of this event. Therefore, qualifications as a trade visitor must be provided when entering ProSweets Cologne.
Cases at ProSweets Cologne: In duration of the ProSweets Cologne there are no cases allowed!
Children and youths
Please note, if you want to bring children along!
Teenager aged 16 and over are admitted only when accompanied by adults and in possession of a valid admission ticket. Children/teenager below the age of 16 are not admitted. Infants up to the age of one year may be brought to the fair if they are carried.
Buggies or strollers are not permitted for safety reasons (danger of tripping).
Accompanying pets
It is prohibited to bring dogs and other pets to our fair grounds.
