About Georg Bernardini
Georg Bernardini, born and based at in Bonn, is a trained confectioner and has been a chocolatier since the 1990s. He founded Confiserie Coppeneur and later the bean-to-bar manufacturer Georgia Ramon, which he sold in 2020. As an author, speaker and consultant, he is internationally recognized as a chocolate expert. Today, he supports companies and projects in the chocolate and indulgence industry with his specialist knowledge.
