About Amelie Natterer
High school graduation in summer 2019, training as a pastry chef at Berliner Kaffeerösterei, journeyman's examination in winter 2022, then pâtissière at Hotel de Rome in Berlin from March 2022 to December 2023, since then pastry chef at Rausch Schokoladenhaus. Winner of the 1st German Marzipan Cup, runner-up in the iba UIBC Cup of Confectioners 2025.
