About Alina Siebler
Alina Siebler holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Hygiene and a Master of Science in Facility and Process Design from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University. She is currently working on her PhD at the Sustainable Packaging Institute (SPI) on more sustainable packaging for vegan meat and sausage alternatives. At the same time, she is a member of the SPI's “Sustainable Packaging Concepts” research group, where her work focuses on sustainability assessment—practical application and method development, regulatory aspects, and consumer perception in the context of packaging and sustainability.
