Unica HD is an automatic machine designed for weighing solid powdered ingredients, designed for bakeries, gelato labs, and food companies that demand accuracy and efficiency.

Equipped with a structure that supports 50-liter stainless-steel silos, it dispenses products through independent screws with high precision and speed.

The bucket is manually placed on the electronic scale, and an integrated software manages the operations. The arrangement of the components and the intuitive interface facilitate the use even in productions with frequent recipe variations.

Each silo is protected by lids and anti-clogging devices; efficient suction systems ensure cleanliness during weighing and loading, conveying the dust to the filters. The loading of the silos can take place in parallel with the dosing operations, ensuring autonomy and production flexibility.

With 8–24 silos, stainless-steel screws, a 30 kg electronic scale, and gravity loading, Unica HD guarantees repeatability, full traceability, and seamless software integration with external systems.
