With the Knowledge Hub at the Event Zone INGREDIENTS, we are offering you as an exhibitor from the Ingredients segment a new and completely free service, that is completely free of charge for you:
- On all four days of the fair from 30.01. to 02.02.2022, you will have the opportunity to present your topic(s) to the international visitors in a presentation lasting a maximum of 20 minutes.
- The Knowledge Hub is part of the Event Zone INGREDIENTS in Hall 5.2 and offers you an additional platform to presentation of your company, new products or services.
Each presentation topic may be presented a maximum of once per day on all four days of the fair. If you want to present several topics per day, this is of course no problem.

Plant-based is becoming mainstream, innovations are now focusing on fulfilling multiple consumer needs and plant-based snacking is expanding globally with regional differences. The pandemic has raised the attention of the consumers towards their health. They are looking out for healthy plant-based snacks and confectionery products. Subcategories like snack nuts & seeds, fruit-based snacks and snack mixes are growing in popularity with plant-based claims experiencing stronger growth. Innovation is targeted at the experience of indulgence and improved nutrition content.
Today’s adventurous consumers are highly receptive to hybrid snacks & sweets that are blending ingredients, combining food types and mixing flavor profiles.
