1. What is Matchmaking365+?

Matchmaking365+ is an online communication platform for initiating contacts between exhibitors and visitors.

2. Why is the tool a practical enhancement to the physical trade fair? What are the most important advantages?

Matchmaking365+ offers additional product presentation options: The users can present their products as photo and text information and increase the attention their company attracts by embedding video content.

In addition to conventional forms of establishing contacts, Matchmaking365+ also offers meetings per video, chat or audio directly on the platform.

3. Who can use the tool?

Matchmaking365+ is available to all exhibitors and trade visitors who have registered via the Ticket Shop as well as to accredited media representatives.

4. When/in which timeframe can the tool be used?

a. Exhibitors: After receipt of the stand area confirmation
b. Visitors: Once the Ticket Shop opens

c. Until when can the tool be used?
The trade visitors and media representatives can use the new platform after the Ticket Shop opens. Exhibitors can use it after receiving their log-in data from the system. All users can make use of the platform until the next event or until the platform is replaced.

5. How can I access the tool/how do I register? (as an exhibitor/a visitor)

Exhibitors: I will receive an invitation to use the tool including my log-in data per e-mail.

Trade visitors: Link to the Ticket Shop via the ProSweets page. This is where the trade visitors can register and subsequently select the free "Online Matchmaking Ticket". Via the order confirmation or alternatively via the homepage of ProSweets .

6. From the view of the exhibitor: WHO receives the log-in data for the tool, WHEN and HOW is it made available?

On registering for the event, the exhibitor states a contact for the trade fair on the application forms. This contact person is then sent a log-in for the Matchmaking365+ platform per e-mail. The exhibitor doesn't have to actively register for this service.

7. How do further employees of an exhibitor receive access?

An e-mail is sent to the person to be invited to join via the invitation function from the profile of the main contact person for the trade fair. The former can then accept the invitation and register for Matchmaking365+.

8. Who can assist me if I have problems registering?

The user can reach the team in case of problems via the support hotline +49 30 346498 908, via e-mail or via the chatbot.

9. What are the most important advantages for me as an exhibitor?

  • Matchmaking365+ offers additional product presentation options: The users can present their products as photo and text information and increase the attention their company attracts by embedding video content.
  • In addition to conventional forms of establishing contacts, Matchmaking365+ also offers meetings per video, chat or audio directly on the platform.
  • Exhibitor Showroom (profile) with contacts: In addition to the accumulated contents, further company contacts can be displayed in the exhibitor showroom.
  • Exhibitors can place their own digital events in the Conference section and thus generate additional attention.

10. What are the most important advantages for me as a visitor?

  • If I cannot attend the event, I can still see the products of the exhibitors, arrange and hold appointments and see the contents of the event.
  • In addition to queries about people and business, I can also search for products in a targeted manner.
  • When the trade fairs take place regularly again, the tool can be used to prepare the trade fair visit (look at participants and their interests, create a favourites list containing interesting participants, arrange appointments).

11. Do I have to fill out my profile completely or is information inserted automatically?

A pre-selection of product categories, the company name and stand is already pre-inserted for exhibitors in the onboarding process. This is transmitted during the import of the data by Neureuther. In addition to the company name and stand, products that have already been inputted should also be transmitted over to the profile of the invited colleague via the invitation button.

12. Which contents can I enter for my company?

The company name and stand number (is automatically taken over from the application), company logo, product descriptions, product photos, product videos and business enquiries.

13. Why doesn't my company have an own account?

The platform is people-based, which makes it possible to arrange appointments. Via the Showroom function, you can present your company, your products and your interests in detail.

14. Can I also connect up with my colleagues and share contents? If so, how?

Yes, I can link my profile to that of my colleague. Already familiar or inputted contents can be shared and transferred to a further profile of an employee from one's own company.

15. Which types of information formats can I use for my company (PDF, video, etc.)?

Photos: jpg, png, eps, tif

16. Can I carry out meetings via the tool? How?

Yes, scheduled meetings can also be carried out online. Online meetings can (during the trade show) be carried out on the platform via chat, audio or by video.

18. Who can see my profile and the data I input? Can I control that?

All participants of the tool, i.e. registered exhibitors, trade visitors, VIP visitors and media representatives can see your profile data and the products and videos you have inputted. You have the possibility to deactivate your account at any time. This means you are no longer visible to others, however you are then no longer able to use the platform yourself.

20. As a visitor can I initially acquire an online ticket and then subsequently exchange it for an admission ticket to visit the trade fair?

Yes. You can initially acquire a free "Online Matchmaking Ticket" and then on accessing the Ticket Shop again order a regular admission ticket to visit the trade fair on-site. The trade fair admission tickets additionally include the access to Matchmaking365+, so on purchasing an admission ticket one can directly register in the tool and one doesn't need to acquire an additional "Online Matchmaking Ticket".
