Supporting programme

In addition to the exhibitors' presentations in the four product areas, in 2009 ProSweets Cologne will once again offer an exciting supporting programme:

• An opportunity for inspiring talks and lively discussions will once again be offered by the presentation forum, which will be staged by the fair's four conceptual sponsors, Federation of the German Confectionery Industry (BDSI), German Agricultural Society (DLG), the Sweets Global Network (SG), and the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry (ZDS).

• In the designer workshop, representatives of Berndt&Partner Packaging Creality who are specialists in the field of packaging development and packaging design will use Eye Tracking technology to take a very close look at packaging and work out suggestions for improvement on the spot. 
   
• The topic of the international special show "Healthy Fruits" is the "healthy food" megatrend in the food sector. Here you can learn all about a number of healthy fruits: cranberries, blueberries, acerola cherries and raisins.
