Secondary segments such as refrigeration and air conditioning technology, operating equipment and auxiliary devices, food safety and quality management for the confectionery industry complete the profile.

ProSweets Cologne will provide the confectionery industry with a unique communications platform that caters for all its confectionery production needs.

In 2009 ProSweets Cologne will run parallel to the International Sweets & Biscuits Fair (ISM)! The full overlap will further strengthen the unique synergies with ISM! In combination, ProSweets Cologne and ISM present the entire value chain for the confectionery industry, from ingredients, process technology, packaging technology and packaging to the product ready for sale.

ProSweets Cologne is further heading for growth

In its second year the trade fair has become firmly established as an important platform for suppliers to the confectionery industry.

Around 10,700 trade visitors from 132 countries viewed the products exhibited by 289 suppliers, this makes an increase of more than 35 per cent compared to 2006. Also the number of exhibitors increases clearly with 289 exhibitors from 26 countries.

ProSweets Cologne takes place in February 2009.
It runs for 4 days.
